# PromptPack.dev — Terms of Service

## 1. Seller

The Seller is exempt from VAT under Chapter XIII of the Hungarian VAT Act (alanyi áfamentesség).

## 2. Merchant of Record

All purchases are processed by **LemonSqueezy** (Lemon Squeezy, LLC / Lemon Squeezy International Limited), acting as Merchant of Record. LemonSqueezy invoices you, collects applicable taxes, and handles payment processing. For billing, refund, or payment inquiries, contact LemonSqueezy directly via your purchase receipt.

## 3. Product

PromptPack is a digital product — a collection of AI prompt templates delivered instantly as downloadable files after purchase. No physical goods are shipped.

## 4. Delivery

Upon successful payment, you receive immediate access to the product via a download link sent to your email address. By completing your purchase, you:

- **Expressly consent** to immediate delivery of digital content, and
- **Acknowledge** that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download link is provided.

This is in accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

## 5. Refund Policy

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m), digital content delivered with the customer's express consent is exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge this waiver (see Section 4).

**7-day satisfaction review (goodwill).** Beyond what is legally required, the Seller offers a 7-day discretionary review: if PromptPack is not what you expected, you may email hello@promptpack.dev within 7 days of purchase with a brief description of why the product did not fit your needs. The Seller will review each request personally and, at the Seller's sole discretion, may issue a full or partial refund where the request reflects a genuine fit issue and the templates have not been substantially incorporated into the customer's projects.

This goodwill review does not constitute a binding right of refund and is offered case-by-case. Refunds are not granted for: requests received after the 7-day window; requests without a stated reason; or cases where evidence indicates the templates were used in production code prior to the request.

**Technical issues** (broken download link, corrupted file, inability to access purchased content) are always resolved fully, including refund where appropriate, and are not subject to the 7-day window.

## 6. License

Upon purchase, you receive a **personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license** to use the prompt templates, rules, skills, configurations, and supporting files (the "Content") in your own projects (personal or commercial output generation).

**You may:**

- Use the Content in your own commercial or personal projects
- Modify the Content for your own use within your projects
- Use the Content with any number of AI tools, IDEs, or development environments
- Reference the Content in articles, talks, social posts, or reviews, with attribution to PromptPack.dev

**You may not:**

- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or transfer the Content to any third party
- Publish the Content publicly on any platform — including but not limited to GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, npm, PyPI, marketplaces, file-sharing services, public Discord/Slack channels, or public blog posts containing the source files
- Include the Content or substantial portions of it in a competing product, service, or pack
- Create derivative works for redistribution (you may create modified versions for your own use, but you may not distribute them publicly or privately)
- Share your download link, purchase receipt, or downloaded files with others
- Remove, alter, or obscure any license header, attribution notice, or per-buyer identifier embedded in the delivered files

**Per-buyer attribution.** The Seller reserves the right to embed a unique license identifier (associated with your purchase email) within the delivered files for traceability purposes. By purchasing, you authorize this embedding and acknowledge that this identifier may be used to identify the source of any unauthorized redistribution.

**One license = one person.** A Team License, where offered, permits use by up to the stated number of named developers within a single organization.

**Revocation.** The Seller may revoke this license for material breach (including proven redistribution) without refund.

**Review copies.** Where the Seller provides a complimentary copy for review, audit, or evaluation purposes, the recipient is bound by the same restrictions as a paid licensee unless explicit written permission is granted otherwise.

## 7. Updates

Your purchase includes free updates to the prompt pack for **12 months** from the date of purchase. Updates are delivered via the same download mechanism. After 12 months, access to further updates requires a new purchase.

## 8. Intellectual Property

All prompt templates, structure, and compilation are the intellectual property of László Dániel Bence EV. Your license grants usage rights only — no ownership or IP transfer occurs.

## 9. Disclaimer of Warranty

The product is provided **"as is"** without warranty of any kind. AI prompt outputs depend on the AI model, its version, and your specific inputs. We do not guarantee any particular result, accuracy, or fitness for a specific purpose.

## 10. Limitation of Liability

The Seller's total liability is limited to the purchase price paid. The Seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.

## 11. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of **Hungary**. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent Hungarian courts. EU consumers retain the right to invoke mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence.

## 12. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the product constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
